Easter is just around the corner and, like every year, award-winning Maitre Chocolatier Andrea Slitti, of the eponymous Tuscan chocolate shop, presents his new handcrafted and handmade creation: the Colomba enriched with premium chocolate (Gran Cacao fondente 64%), natural cocoa powder, Ciaculli mandarins and low-temperature candied oranges from Calabria 


March 2024 - Less than a month to go until Easter and again this year, as every year, it is time to learn about the tastiest creations from the masters of dessert and make way for the Colomba on tables all over Italy. For the occasion, the Maitre Chocolatier Andrea Slitti, one of the best known internationally, recognized for the quality and goodness of his productions, presents the exclusive recipe of the chocolate and orange Colomba "Gran Ricetta Slitti".


Andrea Slitti, of theSlitti chocolate shop of the same name in Monsummano Terme, in the province of Pistoia, bears witness to a long tradition of craftsmanship, passion and quality of the raw materials used, which over the years has earned him the winning of 190 prestigious awards and that still today makes him and his Chocolate Factory a symbol not only in Italy, but in the world. Slitti, in fact, distributes his products in 25 countries and, in addition to the single-brand store in Florence, has an office in Dubai from which he also reaches the Abu Dhabi market.


The exclusive recipe for the Colomba Slitti with chocolate and orange starts with a mother yeast more than 70 years old, refreshed daily until it is used. The chocolate is the hallmark of this creation - the Gran Cacao 64% (Ecuador, Peru and Madagascar) and natural cocoa powder - to which is added the aroma of candied oranges of Calabria at low temperature, the Ciaculli mandarin and theBourbon Vanilla extract.
