Terms and conditions of service

  • Generalities

    These general conditions of sale of the Slitti Brand apply to all orders, sales and deliveries of products that the Company markets in its sole capacity as a distributor through the catalog, offers, advertisements and quotations by means of electronic commerce, distance selling or orally. The general conditions apply to both individuals and companies or corporations/associations. All orders assume full and unreserved acceptance of these general conditions of sale. The customer's own general conditions of purchase are irrelevant to the interpretation and application of this contract.

  • Orders

    Orders can be placed and are validly received by Slitti exclusively on this website www.slitti.it. The contract shall be deemed concluded only upon formal acceptance of the order by Slitti.
    Slitti reserves the right to confirm the order by any useful means with specific communication to the customer's address.
    The customer must check the order confirmation and immediately report any error, omission or discrepancy with the order. Otherwise, the subject matter of the contract of sale will be determined on the basis of the order confirmation sent by Slittishop.
    Orders placed by the customer himself, or by an attorney or other authorized person acting in his name or on his behalf will produce their legal effects in the head of the customer.

    Slitti reserves the right to cancel the order and issue any refund in case of lack of goods and or availability of the same in the maximum time of 7 days or in case of non-payment.

  • Item

    The Contract contains the terms and conditions governing the purchase and sale of Products as well as the provision of Services purchased by the Customer through the Site; and the navigation of the Site by the Customer as well as the use of all features made available to the Customer through the Site.
    Any purchase of Products or Services made by a Customer, acting as a Consumer Customer, shall be governed, in addition to the Contract, by the provisions of the Consumer Code and Legislative Decree No. 70/2003, as applicable; and a Customer, acting as a Professional Customer, shall be governed exclusively by this Contract, in addition to the provisions of the Civil Code, to the extent not provided for herein.

  • Site Registration and Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

    1. The Customer who intends to act as a Registered Customer must complete the registration procedure on the Site by providing the requested information and personal data and indicate an e-mail address to login and a "password", as required in the appropriate section of the Site. Slittishop will send an e-mail confirming successful registration to the e-mail address provided by the Registered Customer during the registration procedure.

    2. The Registered Customer is required to carefully read these General Terms and Conditions as well as, in general, the terms and conditions of the Contract that may be viewed and printed during the registration process, including through pop-up access or hypertext links; the Customer is required to accept these terms and conditions.

    3. The Customer acknowledges that this Agreement, including its General Terms and Conditions, any special terms and conditions, and all amendments thereto in effect from time to time, may be printed on paper or downloaded by the Customer.

  • Product features

    The prices of the Products published on the Site are inclusive of VAT while they do not include any charges for Services that may be requested by the Customer.

    The purchases of the Products, as illustrated and described on the Site in the relevant data sheets, are made by the Customer at the price in force at the time of sending the Purchase Order, the latter price which will be, however, displayed on the Site as well as within the Purchase Order.

    Notwithstanding all of the foregoing, Slittishop reserves the right to change at any time, in its sole discretion and without notice, the price of the Products and Services from time to time appearing on the Site, without thereby providing any guarantee that the sale price of the Products or Services will remain available on the Site or unchanged for any period of time. To the contrary and for the sake of clarity, any price that has been agreed upon as a result of Slittishop's acceptance of a Purchase Order issued by a Customer shall remain firm and unchangeable between the parties.

    The data sheets of the Products on the Site (and, therefore, the description of the functions and features of each Product) are prepared directly by the manufacturer of each Product concerned.

    For the effect, Slittishop disclaims any and all liability for any errors in the data sheets and / or inaccuracies and / or flaws in the correspondence between the descriptions of the Products and the actual functions and characteristics of the Products themselves, the images and photos used to accompany each Product description sheet are merely indicative and may not be perfectly representative of the characteristics of the Product itself, as this may differ in color, size or accessories not present in the image and photos used to accompany.

    Availability of Products

    The availability of each Product is updated on the Site regularly. In light of the fact that the possibility for Customers to place orders online constantly changes the availability of the Products, Slittishop does not guarantee the availability of the Products ordered by the Customer but reserves the right to verify it from time to time, notifying the Customer in accordance with Article 4 above.

  • 6. Terms and Forms of Payment

    The accepted forms of payment are:

    a) Payment by PAYPAL with Credit Card: We have chosen to rely on the world's #1 Bank account for our transactions because PAYPAL guarantees 100% security against fraud and your own Credit Card or PayPal account against unauthorized access.
    PayPal is a secure online payment method. It not only safeguards your personal information, but also offers you extensive protection against unauthorized payments funded with your account. For each transaction made with your PayPal account you will receive a confirmation email. If you receive confirmation of a payment that you have not authorized, PayPal Customer Support will help you resolve the problem at any time. You can make a payment using your PayPal account or, if you do not have a PayPal account, you can safely and securely pay through PayPal with your credit card.

    Failure to pay the invoice in full on the due date will entail, without the need for prior notice and putting the debtor in default, the attribution in favor of Slittishop of the compensation arising from non-performance and the lump sum interest determined on the basis of the percentage sum resulting from the legal rate determined according to current legislation (and in particular pursuant to and for the purposes of D.Legislative Decree No. 231/2002) with respect to the price including VAT.

    This clause does not affect the immediate collectability of the claim.
