This is a ground and roasted coffee 100% Santos Pergamino sul de Minas (Brazil). On sensory analysis, it presents itself Very balanced, medium-bodied and elegant sweetness. The marked cocoa aftertaste and a vague hint of prune are the result of the particular microenvironment in which this coffee develops.
