In these Dragées the star is theAlkekengi, a plant of Asian origin (but also easily grown in our country) also called the "Chinese lantern." Its berries, the only edible part of the plant, are shaped like a small cherry and have a somewhat tart flavor reminiscent of tomato and raspberry as well as citrus.

Covered with White and Milk Chocolate and then finished with bitter cocoa powder. The result is mouthwatering and combines the sweetness of our chocolate with the tart flavor of Alkekengi.

Store in a clean, protected from light, cool and dry place 13°-18° C. Maximum humidity 60%. Use temperature 18°-22°C.
