The protagonists of these Dragées are the Roasted Bronte Pistachios PDO, covered with a thin layer of White and Milk Chocolate with high cocoa content, and finished with powdered sugar. 

Called "green gold" for its quality and commercial value, the Bronte Green Pistachio PDO is also a slow food presidium.

mode of preservation

Store in a clean, protected from light, cool and dry place 13°-18° C. Maximum humidity 60%. Use temperature 18°-22°C. It is preferable to consume the product within 16 months.

Roasted Bronte green pistachios (28%) White chocolate (34%): cocoa butter, sugar, whole milk powder, emulsifier: soy lecithin, vanilla extract. Very fine milk chocolate (33%): sugar, cocoa butter, whole milk powder, cocoa mass, vanilla extract (cocoa: 37% min.). Coating: sugar. May contain almonds, hazelnuts and other nuts.
