The "Toscanotti", our Tuscan soul cookies, are the excellence of Slitti bakery production. 

These cookies-which are entirely handmade-come from Daniele Slitti's great passion for pastry and the company's connection to the Tuscan territory: from Vin Santo to Chestnut Flour to Coffee and Chocolate, it is the selection of ingredients, in fact, that is the real star of this product line. 

In the "Castagnaccio" version, the protagonist is the flavor of chestnut flour, enriched with raisins, pine nuts and rosemary.
