Dragées (Hazelnuts and Almonds)

I Dragées are small chocolate confections that hide within them a filling of surprising goodness.

These are the most classic and beloved Dragées of all Slitti production. The filling consists of Langhe Hazelnuts and Italian Almonds roasted, caramelized, coated with high cocoa content Milk Chocolate and finally finished with bitter cocoa powder. 

The result is a confection that everyone really likes, crispy and tasty.

Mode of storage
Store in a clean, protected from light, cool and dry place 13°-18° C. Maximum humidity 60%. Use temperature 18°-22°C. It is preferable to consume the product within 16 months.

Toasted caramelized "Tonda GenChocolate Tiles Trilobata" variety hazelnuts ("Tonda GenChocolate Tiles Trilobata" variety hazelnuts, sugar, water) (19%), toasted caramelized almonds (almonds, sugar, water) (19%). High cocoa milk chocolate (57%): sugar, cocoa butter, whole milk powder, cocoa mass, natural vanilla extract. (Cocoa: 41% min) Coating: bitter cocoa powder 22/24% cocoa butter. Does not contain soy lecithin.
