"Fine Selection" are single-origin bars made with cocoa personally selected by Andrea Slitti. 

The Extra Dark Chocolate 75% Jamaica bar offers a delicate primary aroma with citrusy secondary notes in tasting, which is well balanced, elegant and enveloping.

The chocolate bar is made by gentle, low-temperature conching.

mode of preservation

Store in a clean, protected from light, cool and dry place 13°-18° C. Maximum humidity 60%. Use temperature 18°-22°C. It is preferable to consume the product within 24 months.

Jamaica cocoa mass, sugar, cocoa butter 6%. (cocoa: 75% min.). Does not contain soy leticin. Gluten-free. May contain milk, almonds, hazelnuts, pistachios, peanuts and other nuts.
