"Fine Selection" are single-origin Bars made with cocoa personally selected by Andrea Slitti.
The Extra Dark Chocolate 75% Madagascar (Sambirano) Bar offers chocolate with a distinct personality in tasting, with notes of red and yellow fruits and hints of dried fruits. Secondary aromas are broad, sweet and round.
The Bar is made by gentle, low-temperature conching.

Product Details
Mode of storage
Store in a clean, protected from light, cool and dry place 13°-18° C. Maximum humidity 60%. Use temperature 18°-22°C. It is preferable to consume the product within 24 months.
Ingredients
Madagascar cocoa mass, sugar, cocoa butter 6%. (cocoa: 75% min.). Does not contain soy lecithin.
Allergens
May contain milk, almonds, hazelnuts, pistachios and other nuts.
