"Fine Selection" are single-origin Bars made with cocoa personally selected by Andrea Slitti. 

La tavoletta al Cioccolato Extra Fondente 75% Madagascar offre in degustazione un cioccolato da una personalità spiccata, con note di frutta rossa e gialla e sentori di frutta secca. Gli aromi secondari sono ampi, dolci e rotondi.

La tavoletta è realizzata con concaggio delicato e a basse temperature.

Store in a clean, protected from light, cool and dry place 13°-18° C. Maximum humidity 60%. Use temperature 18°-22°C. It is preferable to consume the product within 24 months.
