"Fine Selection" are single-origin bars made with cocoa personally selected by Andrea Slitti. 

The Extra Dark Chocolate 75% Madagascar bar offers chocolate with a distinct personality in tasting, with notes of red and yellow fruit and hints of dried fruit. Secondary aromas are broad, sweet and round.

The chocolate bar is made by gentle, low-temperature conching.

mode of preservation

Store in a clean, protected from light, cool and dry place 13°-18° C. Maximum humidity 60%. Use temperature 18°-22°C. It is preferable to consume the product within 24 months.

Madagascar cocoa mass, sugar, cocoa butter 6%. (cocoa: 75% min.). Does not contain soy lecithin. Gluten-free. May contain milk, almonds, hazelnuts, pistachios, peanuts and other nuts.
